How we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in plain language, then in detail.
We keep some of your personal information, only so we know who you are and how to reach you. We never sell it, and we only share it with the trusted services that run the app. The app also gives you a private space to write and reflect. That's yours; we don't monitor or read it as part of running the app. You can ask us to delete your information anytime, and because we don't take payments yet, there's nothing we're required to hold onto, so we'll remove it promptly.
01Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Be Inspired Personal Development collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It covers the website, the Inner Circle app, the waitlist, resources, and messages between us.
Where we need your consent, we ask for it clearly, for example the tick box when you create your account.

The app gives you a private space to journal and reflect. What you write there is yours. We don't monitor it, score it, or read it as part of running the app, and we never share it. Because reflections can sometimes touch on how you're feeling, you stay in control of what you write, and you can edit or delete your entries, or your whole account, anytime. Since we don't read your entries, they aren't a way to reach us; if you ever need help, please use the support options in the app.

05Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies the app needs to function and stay secure. We also use analytics to understand how the app is used, so we can improve it, like which features people use and where they get stuck. We keep this as limited as possible and anonymise where we can.
06Payments
We don't take any payments yet. If we introduce paid features in future, payments will be handled by secure providers such as Stripe, and we won't store your card details.
07Data storage and security
Your information is stored on secure systems, including Lovable and Supabase (which host the app and database), our email platform, and cloud storage. Access is limited to what's needed to run the service.
08Data retention
- Account and app data: kept while your account is active, and deleted when you ask or close your account
- Email list: until you unsubscribe
- Support messages: up to 12 months
- Payments: none held today; if we introduce payments, records will be kept up to 7 years as Dutch law requires
- Analytics: anonymised where possible
09Sharing your data
We only share data with the trusted service providers that run the app. We never sell it.
10International transfers
Where data moves outside the EU, it's protected by GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11Your GDPR rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We'll respond within the timeframes GDPR sets.
12Communications
We may contact you about updates, resources, or service notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing anytime.
13Updates to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
