The simple agreement for using The Au Pair Inner Circle, in plain language.
This is a small tool to help au pairs, host families, and agencies understand each other better. The quizzes are for self-reflection and guidance. They are not tests, verdicts, or guarantees about any person. Please use it honestly and kindly, and if something breaks, let us know.
01Agreement
Welcome. These Terms cover your use of The Au Pair Inner Circle, which is run by Be Inspired Personal Development. By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02What the service is
The Au Pair Inner Circle is a personality and compatibility tool for au pairs, host families, and agencies. It offers quizzes, personality results, and matching guidance that are designed to support better conversations and better placements.
It is a support tool. It is not an au pair agency, an employer, or a recruiter, and it does not arrange placements on your behalf.
03Who can use it
You need to be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country. If you use the service on behalf of an agency or a family, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
04Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us if you think someone else has gained access to it.
05Quiz results and matching
Quiz results describe tendencies and styles. They are not medical, psychological, or professional assessments, and they are not a judgment of anyone's worth, character, or ability.
Matching guidance, such as colour bands and conversation prompts, exists to help people talk more openly before and during a placement. It supports human decisions; it does not make them. No result guarantees a successful placement, and no result should be used as the only reason to accept, reject, hire, or end a placement with any person.
06Using it fairly
Please use the service honestly and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, copy, scrape, resell, or misuse it, and do not use it to harm or unfairly judge another person.
07Our content
The quizzes, wording, designs, scoring, and overall system belong to Be Inspired Personal Development. You may use them for their intended purpose within the service. You may not copy, republish, or resell them without our written permission.
08Payments
If you buy a paid membership or feature, the price and any conditions will be shown before you pay. Payments are handled by secure third party providers. Any refund terms will be stated at the time of purchase.
09Availability
This is a growing product. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We do our best to keep it running well, but we cannot promise that it will always be perfect or uninterrupted.
10Liability
We provide the service in good faith and on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, Be Inspired Personal Development is not responsible for placement outcomes, for decisions made using the tool, or for losses that arise from its use. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under Dutch or EU law.
11Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
